Kiiroo offers a one-year warranty for all electronic devices purchased, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Terms:

• Duration: 1 year from the original purchase date.

• Coverage: The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal conditions.

 

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects: Any design or production-related issues that affect the product’s functionality.

• Products covered under one (1) year warranty: Any electronic product.

•Products covered under sixty (60) days warranty: Any Feel by Kiiroo Stroker.

 

What is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage).

• Damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions.

• Alterations, taking device apart or unauthorized repairs.

• Any Keon accessories, replacement sleeves, lube & after-care products and cables.

 

Warranty Claim Process:

1. Submit a claim: Contact Kiiroo customer support at info@kiiroo.com or using this link with original order number and details of the defect.

2. Inspection: Kiiroo may require you to return the product or provide photos/videos of the defect for verification.

3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, Kiiroo will repair or replace the product free of charge. The replacement product will continue under the original warranty period.

 

Returns and Shipping:

• Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.

• Kiiroo covers the shipping cost for sending out replacement items under warranty.

 

Is the Warranty Transferable?

The warranty is exclusively tied to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It cannot be extended to anyone other than the first buyer. Any warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser, and proof of purchase may be required for validation.
